He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Meeks, Sr. and Marjorie Beauchamp Meeks; and his wife Sarah Meeks. He is survived by: his children, David W. Meeks, III (Debbie Meeks), Jon Meeks and Patti Lee Meeks (David Renaud); his grandchildren, Truitt Renaud (Mariah Renaud), Vance Renaud, Eliza Renaud, Jack Meeks and Emma Meeks; his great grandchild Blair Renaud; and his sister Loy Ann Mann. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
