He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix J. Kubala and Jessie I. Kubala (Lesniak). He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Kubala (Brown) of Chiefland; his children, Jeffrey A. Kubala (Debra) of Chiefland and Michelle A. Sage (Kubala) of McIntosh; his grandsons, Matthew Kubala, Justin Kubala (Jessica) of Chiefland, Brandon Sage and Austin Sage of McIntosh; his great grandchild Jack Kubala; and his brothers, Richard Kubala (Mary Anne) of Arizona and Norman Kubala of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
