He is survived by: his mother Erma Hicks; his siblings, Sandy Kestner, Debra Grant and Jack Charles Hicks III; his spouse Gail Hicks; his daughters, Amy Palmer, Vicki Olavarria and Kristi Cannon; his grandchildren, Austin Cannon, Morgan Hamilton, Ethan Cannon, Emily Olavarria, Taryn Cannon and Joseph Olavarria; and his great grandchildren, Brycen Hiers, Piper and Paicen Cannon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
