She is survived by: her husband Norman Scoggins; her children, Victor Scoggins, Brout (Teresa Sakowski) and Pamela Philman; her grandchildren, Heather (Kyle), Todd, Shelby (Matthew) and Dalton (Kelci); her great grandchildren, Mason, Norah, Wesley, Everly, Sidney, Ida and Samuel; and her brothers, Dutch Rosencrance (Fran) and Tom Rosencrance. She is also survived by extended family and a life's worth of friends.
