Evans of Oak Grove, Florida; his son Robin Evans of Valdosta, Georgia; and his siblings, Aloysious Evans (Myra) of Attapulgus, Thurston B. Evans of Atlanta, John D. Evans of Greenbelt, Richard E. Evans (Rochell) of Los Angeles, California, Mercedes A. Evans of Oak Grove and Mary N. Evans of Upper Marlboro, Maryland.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church (3510 Atwater Rd, Chattahoochee, FL 32324).
