He is survived by: his children, John Mathew White (Amanda Gifford) of McDavid, FL, Teri Angela White of Century, FL and Kimberly Ann Burkett (Craig) of Byrneville, FL; his brothers, Bob White (Ronnie) of Bay Minette, AL, Whitey White (Shirley) of Century, FL and Ander White (Linda) of Century, FL; his grandchildren, Daniel Kelley, Trent White, Jill Steadham, Jonathan Burkett and David Burkett; and his caregiver Sheila Lee. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
