He is survived by: his friend Gator; his son Chad Burkett (Jacqueline) of Flomaton, AL; his brothers, Roger Burkett (Katie) of Century, FL and Trent Burkett (Marjorie) of Troy, AL; and his grandchildren, Kinsley Burkett and Jaxton Burkett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
