It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Mae Cofield (Century, Florida), born in Magnolia Springs, Alabama, who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Harvey Cofield; her stepmother Lucille Patrick Sanders; her parent-in-law Maggie Cofield; her granddaughter Ashley Cofield; her siblings, Alonia Kimbrel, Rosie Ramer, Jeanette Testone, Joanne Donahue and Elbert Ray Hendry; and also Harvey Cofield.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Cofield Brooks of Century, FL, Cathy Cofield Crawley (Jeff) of Century, FL, Charles Thomas Cofield (Pansy) of Century, FL and Gordon Wayne Cofield (Desta) of Pensacola, FL; her siblings, Diane Smith (Dickie) of Pensacola, FL, Margie Weed of Mobile, AL, Marilyn Cox of Pensacola, FL, Joe Patrick Jr (Brenda) and Alton Patrick (Debbie) of Deridder, LA; and her grandchildren, Lynn Carnley (Jackie), James Brooks (Dafna), Andy Miles, Jr. (Lonna), Angie Williams (Allen), David Brooks, Tiffany Morris (Steve), Beth Brooks Byrd (James) and Maggie Waters (Bryan). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
