She was predeceased by: her father James Tyrell; and her sister Ann Jamie Clark Bingham. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Sleczkowski (Chris); her granddaughters, Alexis Sleczkowski, Amber Sleczkowski, Marie Sleczkowski, Natalie Sleczkowski and Sophia Sleczkowski; and her siblings, Tyrell Clark (Rose), Connie Raines (Gordon) and Carolyn Green. She is also survived by four nephews, two nieces, one grandnephew and two grandnieces.
