He is survived by: his children, Steven W. Strickland of Lakeland, Florida, Barbara Merritt (Hal) of Hilliard, Florida, Kathy Holcomb (David) of Fruitland Park, Florida, Sheila Henderson (Earl) of Center Hill, Florida and Sharon Matthews (Eric) of Salem, Ohio; and his daughter-in-law Judi Strickland of Jacksonville. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren.
