Thomas Monroe Rooks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Monroe Rooks of Cedar Key, Florida, born in Alachua, Florida, who passed away on July 18, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Murrah and Ollie Mae Harris Rooks; and his brother Enoch Murrah Rooks, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Logan Rooks of South Carolina; his sisters, Lora Patterson of New York and Sandra Harrison of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, JoAnne Osteen of Cedar Key, James Hathcox of Bronson and Kalanu Helton of Chiefland. He is also survived by six grandkids; one great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Children's Table Food Bank, P.O. Box 222, Bronson, FL 32621.
