He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Delaino Walrath; his siblings, Pearl, Richard, Margaret and Gordon; and his parents, Burton Jay and Eula Chitty Walrath.
He is survived by: his daughters, Doris Virginia Corbin (Jolyn), Evelyn Yearty (Sammy) and Miriam Walrath Needham; his grandchildren, John Corbin (Jami), Virginia Lou Keith (Billy), William Needham Jr. and Tiffany Herold; and his great grandchildren, Jack Burton, Weston Corbin, Emma Grace, William Eugene Keith and Garrett Herold.
