Irizarry and Esther Maria "Tely" Irizarry; his children, Nelson Isaac Irizarry, Rafael Angel Irizarry, Jr. and Erica Irizarry Stoner; his siblings, Martin Irizarry, Andres Irizarry and Blanca Toro Irizarry; his sister-in-law Lydia Toro; his grandchildren, Rafael Angel Irizarry III, Aaron Stoner, Stephanie Irizarry, Sarah Irizarry, Kazandra Irizarry and Mia Irizarry; his great grandchild Story Irizarry; and his niece Elizabeth Rivera.
