He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lydia Thomas and Arnold Phillips; his wife Celia Phillips; his children, Keith Tull, Stevenson Tull, Sonia Tull and Janice Hinds (Barbados); his adoptive daughter Gail Ann Phillips; his stepdaughter Anne Allen; his brother Jerald Phillips (Barbados); his grandchildren, Romell Skinner, Alex, Diandra Forde, Gary, Bryan Tull and Glenmar Hinds (Barbados); his stepgrandchildren, Jammel and Ayisha Benjamin; his great grandchildren, Deonna Mckinzie, Anthony Webster, Jermaine, Rashaad, Samaiya Skinner, Ryan, Caleb and Mia Tull; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jayvonte Benjamin and Jaydd Renkin; and his child-in-law Glenville Hinds (Barbados).
