He was predeceased by: his parent John Stack; and his sibling Gail Wolfe. He is survived by: his spouse Helga H. Stack; his parent Malzina Stack; and his siblings, Bonnie Moore (Tom), Malley Vandora (late Pete), Sharnell Wells and Alex Stack (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
