He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gilliam; his children, Edward Jerome Gilliam II (Leila) and Jessica Camille Gilliam; his grandchildren, Arielle Lynn Sicard and Ariana Freeze; his siblings, Albert Gilliam, Jr. (Mary) and Linda McMillon; his sister-in-law Tanya Gilliam; and his siblings, Norris Gilliam (Debbie), Terry Wayne Gilliam (Zuleyka), Gloria Gilliam, Angela Gilliam and Twanda Taylor (Victor). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
