She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ross and Arlene Ross; her sister Lynne Winokur; and her brother-in-law Richard Winokur. She is survived by: her son Thomas Downs (Jayne); her grandchildren, Courtney Merkel (Patrick Lewis) and Tyler Merkel (Tara); her great grandchild Parker Mae; her niece Robyn Biggers (Matt); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton and Avery; her niece Heather O'Donnell (James); her great-nephew Dylan; her great-niece Madeline; her niece Samantha Winokur; and her great-niece Savannah.
