He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his daughters, Michele Belvin (Charles) and Laurie Tharpe (Shawn); his siblings, Thomas Kohut, Karen Norris and Lois Fillmore; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Margaret, Catherine Blake, Lina Rachel and Charles Christian. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
