She is survived by: her daughters, Kylie Mullins (Riley) of Farmington and Layla Couch of Tallahassee, Florida; her mother Donna Mullins (Hurst) of Tazewell, Tennessee; her siblings, BJ Mullins, III (Nicole) of Carrabelle, Zach Mullins (Savanna) of Tazewell, Tennessee, Michelle Kitts of Greenville and Anika Smith (Matt) of Greenville, Tennessee; and her grandparents, Howard and Mildred Hurst (Mickey Messer). She is also survived by loving aunts and uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
