He is survived by: his wife Ethel "Pete" Campbell; his children, Cathy Campbell Rutherford (Andrew), Charlotte "Sissy" Worrell (Chris), Charles "Bubba" Campbell, Beverly Bentley Warth (Raymond), Lori Bentley Doughtery (Shawn) and John Derrick Bentley; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Mitchell, James, Kyle, Emilee, Randall, Alexandria, Alex, Bethany and Mackensie.
