She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Bolling and Hazel Carmichael Bolling; her husband Richard W. Sapp; and her sister Fern Lankford. She is survived by: her children, Gina Smith, Sheila Millender (Johnny) and Jep Dewayne Smith (Tammie); her grandchildren, Levi Millender (Danielle), Logan Smith, Sheena Klink (Cody), Brittney Beasley (Kevin) and Lett Smith; her great grandchildren, Jordyn Millender, Landen Millender, Jaelynn Millender, Ryder Millender, Myleigh Beasley, Avery Beasley, Ian Klink, Krash Klink, Everly Smith and Calvin Beasley; her siblings, Georgia Justus and Ronald Bales (Mary); her stepsons, Tony Sapp and Timmy Sapp; and her brother-in-law Danny Lankford.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Carrabelle Church of God.
