She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Richard McIntyre; her parents, Granville Herbet Koehler and Madeline Arlene Koehler (Jones); her grandson Ronnie Powell; and her brother-in-law John Miksits.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy McIntyre-Lerch (Dutch) of Washington, DC, Nancy Ringer (Craig) of Salisbury, MD, David McIntyre (Desiree) of Spring City, PA, Timothy McIntyre (Carla) of Slatington, PA, Daniel McIntyre (Justina) of Harleysville, PA and Mark McIntyre (Linda) of Carrabelle, FL; and her sister Nancy Miksits of Northampton, PA.. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren; her 11 great-grandchildren.
