He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dowd and Patricia Dowd; and his sister Patricia Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Dowd; his son Sean (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Scott, Madison, Katelynn, Audrina, Trevor, Timothy (Connor), Matthew, Patricia and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
