He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis R. Rathbun and Harriet J. Rathbun. He is survived by: his spouse Karie M. Rathbun (Charnley); his children, Todd Rathbun II, Linda Rathbun of Florida, Amanda Ortega of Florida and Alicia King of Florida; his grandchildren, AJ "Buddy" Ortega and Amber "Wee One" Ortega; and his sisters, Dawn Vetelino (Frank), Patricia Shaughnessy (Gerald) and Martha Bilodeau (Paul).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home (59 Spruce St, Westerly, RI 02891). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Babcock Presbyterian Church (25 Maxson St, Ashaway, RI 02804).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Babcock Presbyterian Church or your favorite charity in Todd's name.
