It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Andrew Hyziak of Cape Coral, Florida, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hyziak and Genevieve Hyziak. He is survived by: his son Mason Hyziak of Cape Coral, FL; his siblings, Mary Collette Eagan (Robert) of Fort Myers, FL, Jenny Hyziak of Lehigh Acres, FL, JoAnn Bielecki of Port Charlotte, FL and Henry Hyziak of New Brighton, PA; and his pets, Garfield and Squeeky. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
