He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Corlew. He is survived by: his father Patrick Corlew (Kathy); his daughters, Shanna (Troy) and Jessalynn (Brad); his granddaughter Mila; and his siblings, Tricia Corlew-Binder (Jeffery) and Ryan Corlew.

“Rodney was a dear friend since elementary school. When he moved to Florida back in the 70's we stayed in touch and I will always remember visits with the family. The entire family is amazing and I am deeply sorry for your loss. Sending thoughts and prayers to all of you. Rodney had a heart of gold and I will miss harassing him about moving back to Michigan (never did convince him). Godspeed my friend.”
