He is survived by: his mother Mercedes Baker (Bajana); his sister Catherine Drake (Shane); his niece Amelia Rose Drake of Cape Coral; his uncle Ezio Villegas of Ecuador; and his aunts, Cristina Uzca of Ecuador, Dalila, Ruth Villegas of Spain, Sylvia Villegas and Joyce Dick-Peddie of California.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery (1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907).
