She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Herzog and Joan Herzog (Née Neumann). She is survived by: her husband Mike Smith; her daughters, Lisa Rendone (Jay) and Michelle Cosco (Margot); her grandchildren, DJ and Lexi Rendone; her pets, Zoey and Storm; her stepchildren, Mollie Smith and Zach Smith (Taylor); her sister Debbie Mack (Andy Sr.); her nephews, Andy Jr. (Natalie) and Ryan Mack; her niece Nicky Mack; her mother-in-law Joyce Smith; and her sister-in-law Val Segalla (Johnny).
