He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Beatrice O'Neill; his wife Maureen O'Neill; his daughter Carolyn Gilmour; and his brother Leonard O'Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Patty Van Zile (Peter) of Succasunna, NJ, John R. O'Neill (Amy) of Hillsborough, NJ, Lori Oehlert (Mike) of Hypoluxo, FL and Susan McDonald (Sean) of Kearny, NJ; his son-in-law Gary Gilmour; and his siblings, Elizabeth Valente (Cape Coral) of Butler, NJ, Lucille Geisel (Lenny) of Bloomfield, NJ, Joe O'Neill (Pat) of Cape Coral and Charles O'Neill (Chris) of Ringoes, NJ. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
