We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Frank Oscar Bailey Jr. in Cape Coral, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bailey, Sr. and Marjorie Foley; and his wife Gloria Bailey. He is survived by: his sister DiAnn Morrison of Niantic, CT.; his children, David Bailey (Deanna) of Warwick, RI and Debbie Brent (Ken) of Fort Myers, FL.; his grandchildren, Alexii, Ashley, Tate, Benjamin, Grant, Kendall and Michael; and his great grandchild Lilly.

“Frank was a great cousin. His and Gloria's hospitality were legendary as was the pizza. My Mom and Dad loved Frank. His was a life of service, from the Army in hard conditions in Korea, to his career in the Groton PD, security at EB and his service in the Ft Myers Courts. When we retired to Florida, we were able to have great reunions with Frank, Ralph and Ken Foley. They were a great cousins. God Bless you, Frank.”
