She was predeceased by: her father James Spotts; and her grandchildren, Chris and Skylar Spotz. She is survived by: her sons, Jack (Jade) of Florida and John of Denver; her cousin Thelma (Charles Monday); and her grandchildren, Robbie, Shane and Bailey.
