He was predeceased by: his parents, James Madison and Betty Madison. He is survived by: his wife Mary Madison of Cape Coral; his daughter Heather (Vincent Bouat) of Middletown, NJ; his brothers, Ron Madison, Tom Madison and Mark Hlavacek; and his granddaughters, Stella and Sophie.
