He is survived by: his parents, Jackie Lusk and Kimberly Lusk of Cape Coral; his children, Leighann Lusk of Cape Coral and Ezra Lusk of Pinellas Park, FL; the mothers of children, Victoria Hilton and Krista Atkins; his grandparents, Linda Richard (Michael) of Punta Gorda, FL, Benjamin and Florence Lusk of Bluefield, WV; his aunts, Wendy Gouyeau, Caroll Burns and Dana Vargas; and his nieces, A'Lacia Jackson and Jozaleen Lusk.
