With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine E. Polk (Cape Coral, Florida), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 30, 2018 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine E. Polk to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, Martin Gallagher and Helen Gallagher; her husband William J. Polk of Cape Coral, FL; her children, Debbie Shisila (Tom) of North Royalton, OH, Kevin Ingram (Rhonda) of Charlotte, NC and Paul M. Polk (Christine) of Maple Grove, MN; her siblings, Ann Vanek of Delray Beach, FL and Don Gallagher Delray of Rocky River, OH; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Elizabeth, Meghan, Daniel, Timothy, Joshua, Jeremy and Justin. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hope hospice or to the Shriner's Hospital for Children in loving memory of Catherine Polk.
