It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sondra A Fortier of Cape Canaveral, Florida, born in Rome, New York, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Fortier; her parents, Stuart Armstrong and Pearl Armstrong; and her stepson William Fortier, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lauri Wampler (Doug), Renee Fellone of Jacksonville, FL and Joseph Metzger (Sue) of Vernon, NY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made as a contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Ronald McDonald House Charities, or to a reputable children's charity of your choice.
