He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Mayhorn and Celia Mayhorn; and his son Shane Robert Mayhorn. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Mayhorn (Reffeitt); his son Jay Mayhorn (Stacie); his grandchildren, Parker and Conner Mayhorn; and his sister Judy Mariano (Charlie).
A celebration of Roberts life will be held at a future date due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
