“Leo, you are my closest family member. You excelled as a Military Enlisted man obtaining E8 0r E9. Fought in combat. Once fully retired Leo became Portland Public Works Director, moving to Florida,he work for the State Government, driving thru the State to insure the Oranges were OK. Family.Mom & Dad had 7 children,5 boys, two girls. Leo was the best child, educated, employed to be able to provide for: Eddie, and Kum Cha, wife for decades. Leo Loved his immediate family and protected them all.”
