He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara Shipley. He is survived by: his parent Gary Kirby, Sr.; his daughter Keri Booth (Brian); his grandchildren, Rowan Shankaras and Olivia Booth; his sisters, Colleen Kirby, Cheryl Moog and Cindy Jett; his niece Cecelia Kirby; and his stepmother Mary Jane Kirby.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Attack Addiction at PO Box 36, Bear, DE 19701.
