He was predeceased by: his grandson Douglas Wercinski. He is survived by: his wife Clara (Mimi); and his children, Mike (Rhonda), Michele (Neil Dunn), Steve, Sam (Paul Kelley) and Joe (Pam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to Our Saviour's Catholic School or St. Vincent de Paul Society food bank.
