He is survived by: his wife Moneica Patrick Fowler; his children, Steven Lamar Fowler, Jr., Seth Allen Fowler and Karen Kilpatrick (Scott); his grandchildren, Zachary (Alice), John Austin, Bethany, Alauna, Caleb, Colby, Annabella and Emma Rose; his great grandchildren, Mary Alice and Ellie; and his sisters, Cindi Feightner, Jackie Fox (Mike), Hazel Johnson (Bennie) and Carole Little (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
