She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Prince (Michael); her grandchildren, Shelby Prince, Shiloh Prince and Mason Prince; her siblings, Doug Booth (Louise), Charles Booth (Cindea), Michael Booth (Bonnie) and Jackie Stevens; her husband David; and her nieces and nephews, Wade, Charles Booth, Jordan and Kayla Booth.
