He was predeceased by: his son Keith Andrew Lodge; and his parents, Hiram Andrew Lodge and Eva Dell Lodge. He is survived by: his brother Poppy; his wife Martha Brigham Lodge; his daughter Cindy Lee Hamlett; his daughter-in-law Alissa Lodge; his grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Megan and Colbi; and his siblings, Betty Spiegelhalter and Daniel Lodge (Darlene). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
