He is survived by: his children, David Peterson and Rita Malone (Brian); his stepdaughter Tina Roice; his grandchildren, John Butler (Mandy), Hannah Moorhead (David), Haley Conchieri (Bryce) and Tara Robinson; his sister Elizabeth Baggett; and his sister-in-law Sharon Dawson Stephens (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
