He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip W. Jennings Sr. and Ruth Marjorie Jennings; and his siblings, James Myrick Jennings, Carolyn J. Handler and Faye Ellen Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Jennings Nathey; his son-in-law Logan Nathey; his granddaughter Ali Nathey; and his siblings, Philip W. Jennings Jr., Henry F. Jennings, Phyllis Marjorie Gates (Buddy), Virginia Weinman and Ruthie Jennings. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
