He is survived by: his children, Samantha Howard (Robert) and Joshua Higdon; his grandsons, Nicholas Mark and Matthew Elliott; his mother Lena Higdon; his sister Alisa Dillard (Doug); his nephew Stephen (Ali); his nephew Jason; his niece Kara; his brother Paul Alvin Higdon; and also Charlie.
