He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Percy Singletary and Pearl Evans (Singletary); and his stepfather Jesse Evans. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Vega (Rick) of Valdosta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Parker (Cole) and Nicholas Vega; his great grandchild Janson Vega; his siblings, Charles Singletary (Jeane) of Memphis, TN and Sarah Tamasovich (Ed) of Ashville, NC; and his stepbrother Kimmel Evans. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.
