He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayburn L. Moye and Geneva Moye (Godwin); his stepmother Ruby Moye; his wife Dannie Moye (Burch); and his siblings, Rita Hall, Mabry Landell and Johnny Moye.
He is survived by: his stepsister Monica Kramer; his sons, Ray Moye (Trina), Keith Moye (Rhonda) and Chris Moye (Tonia); and the mother of his children Mary Moye-Dease (Rex).
