It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James L. Cain (Cantonment, Florida), born in Elba, Alabama, who passed away on April 7, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Carlton Cain and Katherine Lucerne Lightner. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Cain; his children, Donna L. Rhoades (Robert), Cherial L. Gunter (Donald) and James J. Cain (Wanda); his grandchildren, Brandon M. Gunter (Britni), Robert Kyle Rhoades, Jesse C. Gunter (Brayden) and Mackenzie J. Rhoades; his stepgranddaughter Lucresia Gapasin (Pete); and his siblings, Harold G. Cain (Janice) and Sue McGinty (Dan). He is also survived by step grandson, Adam (Rebecca) Lord; five great grandchildren.
