It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Helmken (Cantonment, Florida), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on November 26, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Wester and Dorothy Wester; her sister Marilyn Wilson; and her brothers-in-law, Carey Wilson and Miles Black.
She is survived by: her husband John Helmken; her children, John Helmken and Laura Helmken Baugh (Stephen); her granddaughters, Amanda Cherry and Stephanie Heisler; her great grandchildren, Abigail Hottel and Maddison Cherry; and her siblings, Darrell Wester (Pam), Gwen McCamish (John), Jackie Black and Jan Webber (Danny). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
