He was predeceased by: his parents, Phines Harrell and Ellen Bailey Harrell. He is survived by: his significant other Jeannette Reith; his children, Karen Harrell Fratesi (Phil Deaton) and Robert M. Harrell (Pat); and his grandchildren, Aubrey O. Fratesi, II (Lanny), Juliana Harrell Sauberlich (Brad) and Jeana Harrell Hector (Ryan). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
